The world is changing at an ever-accelerating pace. Women and men no longer have clear-cut roles and intimate and family relationships are not so straight-forward. No more do we do the same job our entire working lives. Does anyone even do the same job for one decade?

The truth is, most adults simply have not learnt to navigate their way through the complexity of contemporary life. The necessary skills were not taught in school and our parents had no idea what was in store for us. We emerge as adults full of habits, values and beliefs that don't necessarily support us, and we don't know how to un-learn the old to make room for the new.

Coaching teaches us to how to gain more clarity around our circumstances, making us better equipped to identify and move in a direction that addresses and meets all of our needs.
