Kerryn is an <a title=\"ICF\" href=\"http:\/\/coachfederation.org\">ICF<\/a> credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has a\u00a0PhD\u00a0in the field\u00a0through the Centre for Learning Innovation\u00a0at the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #333333;\" title=\"Queensland University of Technology\" href=\"http:\/\/www.qut.edu.au\">Queensland\u00a0University of Technology<\/a>. Her thesis explains the learning processes underpinning\u00a0coaching and she has published a series of papers in international academic\u00a0journals. Kerryn&#8217;s focus is on fusing together the principles and practices of education and coaching and utilising the process as a powerful vehicle for learning, change and development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style24\" align=\"left\">A leader in the coaching industry, Kerryn is best known\u00a0as the founder and global coordinator of\u00a0<a style=\"color: #333333;\" title=\"ReciproCoach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.reciprocoach.com\" target=\"_blank\">ReciproCoach<\/a>, an international community of professional coaches who engage in reciprocal peer coaching, mentoring and supervision. In education, she known for her contribution to\u00a0the understanding of coaching as a model for effective learning.<\/p>\n<div>Originally a teacher, Kerryn has the versatility to engage learners\u00a0of any age. She has taught in infants, primary, secondary and adult education sectors, and has advised, coordinated and led teachers and trainers in both the UK and Australia.
